Are you caring for a child or youth who is living with mental health challenges? Do anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders or behavior challenges make parenting difficult?

Find support, comfort, and shared understanding with other parents. Learn strategies to help your child or youth cope at home and school.

When: Wednesdays October 11th, October 25th, November 8th and November 29th

Where: Willow Wellness Family Center – 301 White Horse Pike, Haddon Heights, NJ

Cost: $40 per session if not using insurance
