Rebecca graduated in 2018 with her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Prior to this, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University in 2016. Since then, Rebecca has worked in various mental health settings including schools, outpatient therapy, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs developing a wide range of skills across many diagnoses and severity levels.

Rebecca has since began expanding upon her interest in working with young adults, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, stressors, life adjustments, and relationship dynamics. Rebecca caters her therapeutic approach to each individual client she works with to best meet their needs, incorporating a combination of clinical approaches along the way.
Rebecca greatly enjoying helping clients as they improve the quality of the relationship with themselves, others, and life overall! She has most recently participated in trainings on positive psychology, the Gottman method, and navigating narcissism amongst others and continues to seek out new trainings to best meet client needs.
