I am a mom of two who learned from my own experience the importance of supporting women and families throughout the perinatal journey. I am inspired to find creative ways to contribute to the health and wellness of women and families through therapeutic and communal support. I earned my Master of Social Work Degree from Rutgers University in 2021 and since becoming licensed I have focused my training and work on helping individuals and couples navigate issues related to complex trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges. My relationship with my kids, the support I’ve received within my network, and my personal experiences with anxiety and trauma have been the catalyst of my goal to offer collaborative and healing services to other moms and those in the perinatal stages. In 2025 I received training from Postpartum Support International and became certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). I am also a certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP) and continue to focus on empathetically treating the symptoms that persist from the complexities of developmental and relational trauma. I joined Willow Wellness in 2021 and continue to excitedly envision future projects and ongoing therapeutic support groups that aim to provide a warm, safe, and soft space to care for and nurture mamas and their families.

Jacqueline Adams
I am a relational therapist who values the healing power of authentic connection and support. I am oriented in attachment theory, psychodynamic work, and systems-based approaches. I love to pull from parts-work, cognitive-behavioral therapy, somatic therapy, and mindfulness practices to guide my interventions. My clients' sense of safety and trust is always my top priority. I work at the pace my clients set, honoring the integrity and longevity of the therapeutic alliance.
. I want to continue developing cultural humility, strengthening my skillset and knowledge of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and evidenced-based interventions, and to continue my focus on anxiety, cPTSD, and issues regarding women’s and maternal mental health. I am also a Practicum Liaison/Practicum Supervisor with Rutgers University School of Social Work. I am committed to the education and development of upcoming clinicians and am grateful to offer supervision to interns at Willow Wellness. I will be eligible to supervise LSWs earning hours towards their clinical license by the end of Summer 2026.
