Elizabeth Morales began her journey in the mental health field with an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies from Trenton State College. Her academic background laid the foundation for her passion for understanding the complexities of human behavior, relationships, and identity. Over the past 11 years, Elizabeth has worked as a Behavioral Assistant, where she gained extensive experience supporting families and children in navigating emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. Additionally, for the past six years, she has been an ADHD coach, specializing in helping clients build executive functioning skills and improve daily life management. Elizabeth completed her coach training through JST Coaching and Training, a program widely recognized for its emphasis on evidence-based strategies.
