Intern
Abby Rhine
Abby believes that all people are worthy of love and respect. She prioritizes human connection over demands for productivity or systemic conformity, viewing therapy as a
collaborative space for curiosity and discovery. Abby advocates that clients deserve to be seen and supported through both self-acceptance and, if desired, skill-building found in evidence-based models like TF-CBT.
Her practice is deeply influenced by respect for the mind-body connection, and her background in art reinforces her commitment to facilitating hope and imagination. Ultimately, Abby approaches therapy not as a checklist item, but as an individualized space dedicated to you and your healing.
