Anna Clemente

Anna graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Temple University in 2021. Anna then graduated from Messiah University where she received her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2023. During her time in graduate school, she completed an internship at Penn State Harrisburg’s Counseling & Psychological Services Center (CAPS). While at CAPS, she mainly worked with students struggling with anxiety, life transitions, difficult family and relationship dynamics, and trauma.

Anna follows an integrative, collaborative, and individualized approach with an emphasis on a family systems and cognitive behavioral theoretical approach. Anna believes in empowering clients to explore the systems around them and challenge their negative thought patterns while in a non-judgmental and warm environment for personal growth.
