We are looking for Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) or Licensed
Associate Counselors(LAC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers
(LCSW), and Licensed Marriage Family Therapists (LMFT),
who are licensed in the state of NJ or PA or are working on their licensure and have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families and/or couples. We are looking for clinicians who practice from a trauma informed, family systems approach wanting to support clients in successfully changing repeating patterns in their lives.

Skills and Qualifications of the Licensed Professional Counselor / Social Work / Masters Level Clinician / LPC / LCSW / LMFT
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working in an outpatient setting and/or community mental health.
- Clinicians should be able to provide clinical services based on a systemic approach to family systems which may include, individual, group
therapy, family therapy, and/or couples therapy. - Clinicians should be personable and relatable.
- Clinicians should be able to identify their theoretically coherent, clinical approach to their work as well as their plan to continue to gain clinical skills
and expertise in their chosen approach - Clinician should be willing to provide therapy with a foundational systemic approach along with other complimentary therapeutic approaches
- Experience working w/ clients with English as a second language, bi-lingual, Spanish speaking clinician a plus
Credentialed Qualifications for the Licensed Professional Counselor / Social Work / Masters Level Clinician / LPC / LCSW / LMFT
- Possess a professional license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW), a Masters Level Clinician, or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist(LMFT) in the state of NJ or PA
- License prepared; may be receiving supervision under LAC or ready to apply for LAC and receive supervision
- Masters degree in counseling, psychology or social work field
- At least two years of experience in an outpatient counseling setting
- Experience with at least one Evidenced-Based practice in the field of counseling
- Experience working with one of the following areas; marriage and family, adults, children, adolescents, couples and/or families; ideally experience
working with family systems - Willing to work both in-office and virtually
- Experience or training in trauma informed evidence based practices such as TF-CBT, EMDR, DBT, ESFT, etc
- 1099/ Independent contractor position , paid as an hourly employee and will need to maintain personal malpractice liability insurance

Compensation
- Masters Level Clinician: $40-46 per hour with paid group supervision and ability to receive individual supervision to obtain licensure.
- LPC, LSW, LMFT: $46-58 per hour based on experience and hours worked
- $3 incentive pay differential for hours worked between 6 and 10pm
- WWC team is continually working to offer competitive rates based on current market trends and average reimbursement rates
Schedule
- The position is primarily afternoon/evenings during the week(weekend availability) or when clients are available. We can guarantee weekly hours
from 6 to 30+ hours. We currently have a robust client census with a waiting list at all 3 sites. - Practice Locations in Oaklyn and Haddon Heights, New Jersey and Phoenixville, Pennsylvania
- Access to offices 7 days a week
- In person & telehealth based on client need
Clinical Internship Opportunities
- Opportunities to complete practicum/ internship hours in private group practice (prefer 3 semester commitment)
- Gain clinical experience in a systems focused private practice setting including completing intakes, providing individual and group therapy, documentation( writing clinical notes, treatment plans and completing assessments)
- Receive expert individual and group supervision from licensed professionals as well as opportunities for ongoing training, community outreach and development of marketing/ resource materials/ wellness activities.
- Current enrollment in a master’s degree from an accredited university in a clinical mental health discipline, such as psychology, counseling, clinical social work, and marriage and family therapy or related fields.
