Jessica Pancrazio

Jessica graduated from Rowan University in 2011 with her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and then graduated from Messiah College in 2016 with her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has been working in the mental health field for over 10 years and has worked in a variety of settings including residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, individual, case management, and assessment.

Jessica has experience working with all ages and all diagnoses, but primarily focuses on working with older teens and adults who experience depression, anxiety, trauma, and low self esteem. She is neurodivergent-affirming, and works with older teens and adult clients who have been previously diagnosed with ADHD/Autism or who are currently pursuing diagnosis. She has additional training on LGBTQ+ issues and previously facilitated group therapy for LGBTQ+ teens in an intensive outpatient setting.

She is also trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Meditation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Hypnotherapy, and Polyvagal Informed Therapy. Jessica takes an existential approach in her counseling practice. She helps clients find meaning and purpose in their lives, while also helping them manage distressing emotions and experiences with awareness and acceptance.
