Maryellen is a Licensed Associate Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Certified School Counselor, and Certified Teacher. She earned her Masters of Science in Counseling and Human Relations from Villanova University. In addition to providing direct counseling support, she also is an adjunct professor teaching Psychology courses.

Maryellen’s specialty area of focus is providing services to adults, teens and families during turbulent times of transition, development and change. Some areas of focus include challenges with bullying (victim and aggressor), history of trauma, managing family changes due to loss/ divorce, anxiety, depression, social skills challenges, gender identity, relationship issues, and self-esteem.
Maryellen enjoys collaborating with her clients as they are on their path to self-improvement. She values and is mindful of self -care, advocacy and positive intention is her treatment planning.
