Tiffany graduated from Wilmington University in 2012 with her Master’s of Education degree in Elementary and Secondary School Counseling. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Rowan University in 2004 in Sociology with a minor in Psychology. Tiffany is currently a LAC, licensed in the State of NJ and is working toward her LPC. She comes to Willow Wellness with 20 years of mental health experience in various settings. Tiffany has experience with children within a school setting, youth and families in community and clinical settings, as well as adults in partial-care outpatient setting. In addition to providing direct mental and behavioral health support, Tiffany spends her time as an adjunct professor, teaching a variety of psychology and sociology college level courses to learners of all backgrounds and career goals.

Tiffany believes that the therapeutic relationship is just as important as the therapeutic process and takes time to build rapport, while exploring clients’ goals for therapy; she strives to create an environment that is comfortable and supportive.
Tiffany incorporates various therapeutic approaches including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, short-term solution focused therapy, and person-centered therapy to help clients to meet their therapeutic goals. Tiffany’s areas of focus include anxiety and depression, self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, and interpersonal struggles for individuals of all ages.
